1.   Bachelor or master degree in architecture, preferably with overseas education and working experience;

2.   Thoroughly understand relevant national regulations, preferably with PRC Class 1 Register Architect Certificate, and Senior Architect Certificate;

3.   At least 5 years working experience in foreign companies or Class A design institute, familiar with governmental approval procedures, construction drawing output, and onsite construction
coordination;

4.   Good leadership and cross-discipline coordination;

5.   Outgoing, good at communication, presentation, service and execution;

6.   Basic English communication.
