1.   Bachelor degree in architecture, preferably with overseas education;

2.   Preferably with PRC Class 1 Register Architect Certificate, and Senior Architect Certificate;

3.   At least 5 years working experience in foreign companies or Class A design institute, preferably with overseas working experience;

4.   Passionate in architecture design, interested in contemporary academic trend and construction practice;

5.   Good communication and presentation skills with good service awareness, capable of independently handling and coordinating client relation;

6.   English communication skills;

7.   Software requirement: CAD、PHOTOSHOP、SKETCH UP、3D Studio、InDesign, preferably good at Rhino、Maya、Grasshoppe…
